How to Reach Irachi Parai Falls
The waterfall is located just 2 kilometres away from the main Karamalai area.
It sits directly opposite the famous Karamalai Annai Velankanni Church. As you visit the church, you can see the peaceful river flowing nearby, which originates right from the base of the Irachi Parai falls. The journey through the lush green estate roads is an experience in itself.

Best Time to Visit
  • Peak Season: June to August (during the monsoon season).
  • What to expect: This is when the waterfall reaches its full capacity. The surrounding tea gardens turn a vibrant, lush green, offering breathtaking views on both sides of the road.
